The Plastic Detox
Day 20/100Day Project
Tonight I watched a documentary movie on Netflix called The Plastic Detox. I am begging you - watch it! If your own health, your family’s health, and the health of the planet is something you care about, this movie will help you understand better how plastics impact us, even if you are already fairly aware.
The film follows six couples suffering from infertility and their road to success by cutting out plastics from their lives. But beyond increased fertility, the film also addresses other crucial issues like cancer rates, obesity, differential exposure of communities of color, the lie of plastics recycling, and more. Please do yourself a favor and watch this movie. Your future self will thank you.

I swore off plastic storage containers decades ago. Red Clover infusions can greatly assist with detoxing xenoestrogens.
